When you submit a homeowner project request, we may collect contact information, the complete project address (including street address, city, state, and ZIP code), project preferences, budget range, timing, and information you voluntarily provide. We use this information to operate the matching service, respond to requests, improve the platform, prevent misuse, and—when you request a builder match—share relevant project information, including the project address after the applicable matching/acceptance step, with approved participating professionals that may serve your area.

Builder applicants may provide company, contact, service-area, website, and qualification information for partner review.

We do not promise that a match will be available in every market. You may contact us at info@swimmingpoolbuildersnearme.com regarding privacy questions or requests.

How information is shared

Project information is disclosed only as needed to operate the service, including to the approved builder currently assigned to review or work with the project and to service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, communications, security, analytics, or payments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

Project files and account security

Project photos and documents submitted through the app are stored as private files and are made available only to authorized project participants through time-limited access links. Account access is handled through Wix member authentication.

Choices and retention

You can update your account information and communication preferences in the app. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion requests that apply to your information.
