Swimming Pool Builders Near Me provides homeowner project discovery, matching, and introductions to participating pool professionals. We are not the contractor performing construction, are not a party to a homeowner-builder construction contract, and do not guarantee availability, pricing, licensing status, schedule, financing, project award, performance, or outcome.

Platform use

Users must provide accurate information and may not misuse the platform, impersonate another person or business, scrape private project data, resell private lead information, or attempt to bypass account, routing, billing, privacy, or security controls.

Builder relationships

Any construction agreement is directly between the homeowner and the selected builder. Builders remain responsible for evaluating projects and customers and for their own licensing or registration requirements, insurance, proposals, contracts, permitting obligations, warranties, taxes, and performance.

Builder Lead Terms

These Builder Lead Terms govern the delivery, purchase, use, credit eligibility, and distribution of homeowner opportunities provided through SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com. By enrolling as a builder, purchasing a lead, or accepting a lead through the platform, the builder agrees to these terms.

1. Qualified Lead Requirements

A lead is a Qualified Lead only when the homeowner submission includes all of the following:

1. Homeowner name
2. Valid phone number
3. Valid email address
4. Complete project address, including street address, city, state, and ZIP code
5. Project type
6. Approximate project budget
7. Desired project timeline
8. Confirmation that the homeowner is seeking a swimming pool contractor
9. Confirmation that the project is within the receiving builder's selected service territory

SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com may review information for apparent validity, completeness, duplication, project relevance, and territory compatibility before release. Qualification does not guarantee homeowner response, appointment, financing, project continuation, contract award, contract value, or profitability.

2. Builder Follow-Up

Builders are responsible for promptly contacting opportunities they receive. Failure to contact a homeowner promptly does not create credit eligibility.

3. Limited Match Leads

A Limited Match Lead may be distributed by SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com to no more than two participating builders. A homeowner may also independently contact contractors outside the platform. Limited Match pricing may vary by builder membership tier.

4. Exclusive Leads

An Exclusive Lead is distributed by SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com to one participating builder only. Exclusive status applies only to our distribution and does not mean the homeowner has not independently contacted, or will not contact, another contractor outside the platform. If an Exclusive opportunity is declined, expires, cannot be serviced, or is released, the platform may offer or reclassify it for another eligible builder.

5. Service Territory Rules

Builders are responsible for accurately selecting and maintaining their active service areas. Territories may be represented by ZIP code, city, county, metropolitan area, radius, or another geographic classification offered by the platform. A project is considered in territory when its location falls within the builder's selected active service area at the time of delivery.

A builder is not entitled to a credit merely because the project is farther away than preferred, crew availability changed, travel costs are higher than expected, or the builder later elects not to serve an area. A platform matching error that sends a lead outside the builder's selected territory may qualify for a lead credit.

6. Duplicate Lead Policy

A lead may qualify for a credit when the same homeowner and substantially the same project were previously delivered to the same builder through SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com within the prior 30 calendar days. A lead is not automatically a duplicate because the builder previously knew the homeowner independently, the homeowner previously contacted the builder outside the platform, a different household member submits a materially different project, or more than 30 days have passed.

7. Invalid Lead Credits

A builder may request a lead credit for a demonstrably invalid phone number, demonstrably invalid email address, fake or fraudulent submission, homeowner who confirms they did not submit or authorize the request, out-of-territory delivery caused by a platform matching error, eligible duplicate, clearly non-qualifying project, or delivery missing one or more required Qualified Lead elements.

8. Leads Not Eligible for Credit

A lead does not become invalid merely because the homeowner does not answer, return calls, texts, or emails; changes their mind; postpones the project; obtains competing estimates; chooses another contractor; does not obtain financing; declines financing; does not meet a builder's preferred project minimum; cannot agree with the builder on scope, price, design, timing, financing, or contract terms; or because the builder is too busy or does not follow up promptly.

9. Reporting Deadline

All lead credit requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of lead delivery. Requests should identify the lead, delivery date, reason for the request, and reasonably available supporting information such as a returned-email notice, disconnected-number result, homeowner response, screenshot, or call record.

10. Lead Credits, Not Cash Refunds

Approved lead disputes ordinarily result in an account lead credit. Credits may be applied to future eligible lead purchases, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly agreed in writing. Membership charges are separate from lead credits unless an applicable membership term states otherwise.

11. Credit Review

SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com may review platform records and contact the homeowner when reasonably necessary to validate a disputed lead. Repeated unsupported or abusive credit requests may result in account review, restrictions, suspension, or termination.

12. Included Membership Leads

Included membership leads are subject to the same qualification and lead-credit standards as separately purchased leads. Unused included leads have no cash value, are not refundable, and do not automatically roll over unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.

13. Lead Availability

Lead volume is not guaranteed and may vary based on consumer demand, seasonality, geography, builder participation, project type, qualification, and market conditions. Membership does not guarantee a minimum number of available opportunities beyond any included entitlement specifically promised by the selected plan.

14. Builder Conduct and Homeowner Information

Builders may use homeowner information only for legitimate communication related to the homeowner's submitted project. Builders are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing calls, texts, email, advertising, consumer privacy, licensing or registration, and sales practices. Homeowner data may not be sold, resold, published, redistributed, or provided to another contractor, marketer, broker, or third party without authorization.

15. No Guarantee of Contract Award

SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com provides marketing, matching, and lead-generation services and does not guarantee project award, contract execution, homeowner payment, financing approval, contractor performance, homeowner performance, project completion, or profitability.

16. Acceptance

By accepting, accessing, purchasing, or using a lead provided through SwimmingPoolBuildersNearMe.com, the builder acknowledges and agrees to these Builder Lead Terms and the applicable membership, pricing, privacy, and platform terms.
